
FIPDes at ISEKI FOOD Conference 2018

Roisin Burke (FIPDes Coordinator at DIT) and Clémence Mian (Project Innovation Manager at AgroParisTech) had the great opportunity to be part of the ISEKI FOOD conference 2018, which took place from July 3rd to 5th, at Hohenheim Universität in Stuttgart, Germany.
The general aim of the ISEKI_Food conference series (Porto 2008, Milano 2011, Athens 2014, Vienna 2016) is to contribute to the creation of an "open" international forum for researchers, education scientists, technologists and industry representatives as well as food consumers (ISEKI conferences, 2018).
"We presented our FIPDes Master programme in the first session “EDUCATION”.
During this session, we shared the FIPDes approach, through a short presentation: “Training of a new generation of talents capable of working across borders and sectors, with an inclusive approach of food innovation: the case of FIPDes, the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree in Food Innovation and Product Design”. It was a great opportunity for networking and presenting our vision to researchers and academia.
