Today, students of cohort 7 had their final presentations of the Senior Project in Food and Packaging Innovation at Lund University. There were 12 students in total, 10 from FIPDes and 2 exchange students, all divided into three groups. All projects addressed some of the UN Sustainability goals, such as goal 2: Zero hunger. The presentations were excellent, and brought a lot of discussion and suggestions for the future, both from peers and invited staff! Main teacher in the module: Karla Paredes, doctoral student and FIPDes alumnus from cohort 1.
Project 1: Fighting micronutrient deficiency in Guatemala
