On November 21^st M2 FIPDes students taking the specialization Food Process and Engineering (FPE) participated to the Final Defense of their Senior Project in AgroParisTech.
The aim of the Senior Project was to scale up the kitchen scale prototype developed at Technological University Dublin during the second semester to an industrial level.

Two products have been developed by our M2 students this year:

The “Chickisticks” which is a ready-to-eat baked snack product which is vegan, allergen-free, and also a source of fiber.

“The Coco Delight" which is a plant-based, allergen-free, bite-sized frozen dessert, made from coconut cream, addressing the growing demand for dairy alternatives.
