As a part of Food Science and Analysis module, FIPDes cohort 5 visited AgroParisTech experimental farm in Grignon. The visit has aim to give the students more understanding of yogurt and fresh cheese production in small scale. They also had a lecture about Grignon Energy Positive project. The visit ended with wine and cheese tasting in AgroParisTech Grignon campus.
