End of October, during the Food Science & Analysis Module, the FIPDes students were able to spend a day at the farm of Grignon, a historic campus of AgroParisTech.
In the morning they had the opportunity of visiting the farm-made yogurt production plant. What better way to learn about the different steps of the yogurt production than to be able to see the equipment needed in action and the environment around the process.
They were then able to hear about the multiple projects on the farm and have a tour of the cattle in the barn. The visit ended with a tour of the farm’s methanation unit.
